Before starting the industrial boiler, it is necessary to make various preparations in advance to avoid leaks during the operation of the boiler. Among them, users must pay special attention to the water and temperature of the boiler. The technical engineer from Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory came to answer for everyone.
Before the start of the industrial boiler, the water inlet speed should not be too fast. If it is divided according to the season, the winter should not be less than 4 hours. In other seasons, the water inlet period should be particularly slow. The inlet water temperature of the cold boiler is generally not more than 100°C so that the difference between the temperature of the feedwater entering the drum and the temperature of the drum wall is not more than 40°C. For boilers that are not completely cooled, the inlet water temperature can be compared to the drum wall temperature. Generally, the difference should be controlled within 40°C, otherwise, the inlet water speed should be slowed down.
(1) Because the wall of the steam drum is thicker, the expansion is slower, while the wall of the tube connected to the wall of the steam drum is thinner and the expansion is faster. If the water inlet temperature is too high or the water inlet speed is too fast, it will cause uneven expansion, cause cracks in the weld, and cause equipment damage.
(2) When the feed water enters the steam drum, it always contacts the lower half wall of the steam drum first. If the difference between the temperature of the feedwater and the temperature of the steam drum wall is too large, the water enters at a fast speed. The upper and lower walls of the steam drum, the inner and outer walls There will be a large expansion difference between them, which will cause large additional stress to the steam drum, cause the steam drum to deform, and cracks in severe cases.
