For industrial boilers, we must carry out regular blowdowns. The purpose of this is to ensure that the boiler can continuously and stably provide us with high-temperature steam or hot water. Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory will answer your questions about the sewage discharge of industrial boilers.
The regular blowdown operation during the boiler fire-up period stipulates that when the pressure rises to 0.3MPa, the lower header of the water wall shall be blown off regularly. It has three functions: the first function is to remove impurities that settle in the lower header. The second function is to make the water temperature in the header uniform. Due to the uneven heating of the water wall during the heating process, the circulating flow rate in each water wall tube varies, and some even stagnate. This makes the water temperature in the lower header different and causes the header to be heated and expanded unevenly. Regular blowdown can eliminate uneven heating and make the circulating flow rate in the water wall pipe on the same header roughly equal. The third function is to check whether the regular sewage pipe is unblocked. If the sewage pipe is blocked and the treatment is invalid, the furnace must be shut down for treatment.
At this time, regular sewage discharge is performed, and part of the water at the bottom of the circulation loop is discharged, which not only allows impurities to be discharged to ensure the quality of the pot water but also strengthens the heat exchange of the weaker part of the circulation loop to prevent the stagnation of local water circulation and make the water circulation system different The metal heating surface of the component expands evenly, which reduces the temperature difference between the upper and lower walls of the steam drum.
