Due to the uneven heating of the water wall during the heating process, the circulating flow rate in each water wall tube varies, and some even stagnate. This makes the water temperature in the lower header different and causes the header to be heated and expanded unevenly. Regular blowdown can eliminate uneven heating and make the circulating flow rate in the water wall pipe on the same header roughly equal. The third function is to check whether the regular sewage pipe is unblocked. If the sewage pipe is blocked and the treatment is invalid, the furnace must be shut down for treatment.
